A mentor is a student who provides guidance and is a source of support or a sounding board to share knowledge and experience for less experienced students. A mentor can provide an objective or independent view on challenges during study or connecting to industry. 

A mentee is a student who is seeking advice, support or guidance by a more experienced student. Student mentees gain valuable skills from their mentorships including networking, insights and guidance from someone with more experience or knowledge with Charles Sturt or industry.
