Develop your research career, meet your research goals and strategise for future academic success!

The Conscia Research Staff Mentoring program pairs research staff with a more experienced mentor, leader or professional expert. Through Conscia mentees will form a university-wide and multi-disciplinary community of practice with their colleagues that will serve as a source of support and information during the program and beyond.
